Wellness Wakeup:
Empowering Messages for Morning Announcements
An Easy Way to Fulfill Nutrition Education Goals as Mandated by Local Wellness Policies

Official representatives outside of New York State School Districts

This program is available to all non-NYS school districts for the very reasonable fee of $50.00 per school year. After filling out the form below, you will be directed to our payment form on givedirect.org. Please select “Wellness Wakeup Program” from the “Program Area” drop down and make your credit card payment of $50.

*New York Coalition for Healthy School Foods (NYCHSF) will not share your information with anyone – it is used for tracking purposes to see who is using the program, unless you check the box below.*
